I have invested a huge amount of time and money sourcing a fabulous Hat Collection from a number of wonderful milliners therefore it is paramount these stunning Hats are handled with respect. 

Please find the terms and condition's listed below, which you must read, understand and agree to when you hire from The Hat Collective by Lulu Peach. 

The Agreement with you

All hirers must read and agree to the Terms before ‘we’ (The Hat Collective by Lulu Peach) hire a hat to ‘you’ (the person hiring the hat).

The Cost

Please find listed below the breakdown of the Hire Charge:

  1. Hire Fee - each hat is priced individually.
  2. Deposit - £50 deposit applies to every hat, this is a flat rate fee and could be waived should you become a super sonic regular customer! 
  3. Postage - £10.95 Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

Hire Cover

The Hire period for every Hat is 5 days. If the Hat is returned late, you will be charged a penalty charge of £10 for each day it is overdue. Please note a longer Hire period can be arranged for an additional cost. 

Delivery

Every Hat is delivered through the Royal Mail Special Delivery, tacked service. A tracking number will be issued directly to you. Please note a signature will be required on delivery of the Hat. 

Returning Hats

You agree to return the Hat in the exact condition you hired it. If it is returned damaged you will pay to repair or replace. 

Hats must be returned using the the Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked service. You must return the Hat in the box it was delivered in. The return address is:

Primrose Hill Farm, Arlescote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX17 1DQ. 

Your deposit will be refunded within 3 working days, from the day the Hat is received. 

Damage

As previously stated these Hats are unbelievably precious therefore please keep them safe. In the instance of any damage occurring please be honest and let me know asap. The definition of damage is, marking from make - up, food, drink and rain; Ripped, teared and scratched damage, loss of decorations.

If a hat is damaged you agree to cover the repair cost, should the milliner deem it reparable. If a hat is beyond repair, you agree to the full cost of replacement.
